By accessing and using Scopio AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Access to the Service is void where prohibited.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Generate or share sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM). Any such activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Fictional Nature: All characters and conversations generated by the Service are fictional. They are generated by Artificial Intelligence and do not represent the thoughts, opinions, or beliefs of real people, living or dead.

Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. You should not rely on the Service for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial).

User Responsibility: Please be mindful that you are responsible for your interactions with the AI characters and the content you choose to generate.

This platform offers subscription-based paid services. Currently available subscription plans include:

• 1-month subscription (USD 9.99)
• 1-year subscription (USD 99)

Subscription services will automatically renew and charge at the end of each billing cycle unless the user actively cancels the subscription before the current billing cycle ends. Upon successful payment, users will gain access to Pro benefits for the corresponding subscription period.

All prices, billing cycles, and auto-renewal information will be clearly displayed on the payment page and will take effect after user confirmation.

Users can access the Creem customer portal through the "Manage Subscription" entry on the site to cancel subscriptions, update payment methods, and perform other operations. After canceling a subscription, the cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. Until then, users may continue to use the purchased service benefits.

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Please carefully consider your decision before subscribing. If you have any questions about the service, feel free to contact us prior to making a purchase.

Service Content: The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Scopio AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
